It embraces dirty tone but remains clear and cuts through the mix with the potential to have HUGE ambient effects that don’t muck up the tone. Ramp up the compression in this preset for almost unlimited sustain without sounding “squashed.”

Preset for Neural DSP’s Archetype: Cory Wong plugin by Aaron Wesley. This preset embodies vintage tone in my opinion, at least comparing to the other Neural DSP plugins. Preset includes finely tuned post effects that compliment 4 gain stages. It’s great for studio and live use! My favorite part about this preset is the “shimmer” setting within the reverb section.
